REUTLINGEN UNIVERSITY - SCHOOL OF FASHION PROGRAM

Program Term: Spring
Language Prerequisite: None
Primary Instruction Language: English
Eligibility: 2.5 GPA, Fashion Merchandising major/minor, Nomination by School of Fashion

 


INTRODUCTION                             

Fashion Design and Fashion Merchandising students have the opportunity to study in Germany at Reutlingen University. All interested Fashion Design or Fashion Merchandising students must apply first to the Fashion School and be nominated. 
 


ACADEMIC OVERVIEW

Classes are taught in English. 


ACADEMIC CALENDAR

  • Spring Semester: The spring semester runs from approximately mid-March through mid-July. 
 

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

  • This program is only open to students majoring or minoring in Fashion Design and Merchandising.
  • Students must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 to be eligible for the program. 
  • Additionally, students must have taken classes at Kent State University for at least one semester before applying, i.e. students must have a Kent State GPA.
 

ACCOMMODATION

Students can reside in the residence halls of Reutlingen where all rooms are fully furnished with utilities included in the rent. A separate online housing application is required. 


COSTS & TUITION

Pay Kent State University tuition (in-state or out-of-state). Housing, meals, and other expenses are not billable by KSU and will be paid directly with Reutlingen.
